Job Description

This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best in class software experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for coaching teams to adopt and implementDevOpspractices.This coaching will take place in a Dojo type environment, withindividual teams, and/or with individuals.Acts as a change agent who helps set the vision, show the way, and provide thought leadership on removing impediments toDevOpssuccess. Coaches and mentors sprint teamindividualsat either the team and/or program levels, including Scrum Masters, ProductManagers, Technical Leads and executives toleverageDevOpsprinciples, engineeringpracticesand frameworks to deliver high value business capabilities. Helps to coach the team on product management, design thinking, engineering culture,Agileand DevOps. Serves as a subject matter expert on scalingDevOpsdevelopment, embraces servant leadership, understands engineeringpracticesand serves as a role model for the team to modelDevOpsbehaviors and mindsets, which includes key mindset shifts in the journey toDevOps. Designs,develops,andfacilitatestraining ofDevOpspractices to assigned teams. Performs evaluations, and reviews of processes and methodologies.Identifiesstrengths and continuous improvement recommendations of existing processes.Understand and cancoach onhow DevOps, Agile and Product work together to createamazing products and cohesive teams.Drivesculture change through day to day to work with a focus onDevOps,Agile, andProduct mindset, values and continuous improvement and keep the team focused on achieving product goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five to six years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Java, Python, .NET,GoLang& JavaScript Frameworks

  • Professional Coaching certification, or equivalent work experience

  • Any Security certifications, or equivalent work experience

  • Security policy creation and automation

  • Threat modeling

  • Access & Controls

  • Working knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and process change/improvement

  • Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum,Kanban, etc.) and support tools.

  • Experience within an Agile solution environment working onlargescale, multiple scrum team.

  • Experience teaching and coaching individuals and teamsonAgile, DevOps and Engineering best practices.

  • Extensive experience with Agile engineering practices and techniques.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading all aspects of Agiletransformation.

  • Experience communicating with leadership (lead through influence).

  • Experience in Dojo / Immersive Learning type environments.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
