Description

NeoCoil, LLC. is looking for one Electrical Engineer II to work at our Pewaukee, WI location. This position provides electrical engineering expertise in driving product designs across all phases of the product life cycle. Acts as core contributor in teams' efforts to product design, verification, validation, productization, and documentation.


Primary Responsibilities:

Develops products, including RF architecture, PCBAs, interconnects, risk assessment, planning and development documentation, in compliance with the company's Quality Management System requirements.

Establishes, maintains, and communicates development timelines to support project schedules.

Works with internal and external customers to ensure designs meet manufacturability, service and customer requirements.

Initiates and contributes to problem solving and continuous improvement activities for both development projects and mature products.

Communicates with suppliers to understand processes/capabilities, and requirements and troubleshooting.

Executes core duties and responsibilities of the role in accordance with the established skills competencies.


Requirements

Qualified individuals must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar industry, medical device manufacturing or regulated environment. As part of the 5 (Bachelor's) years of experience required, the individual must have:

1 Year - Knowledge of electro-magnetic field theory and experience with field solvers (HFSS, CST, etc.)

1 Year experience with lab tools such as network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, etc.

1 Year - Knowledge of systems engineering, concepts, and processes.

1 Year - Experience using simulation tools, such as SPICE or Matlab

1 Year - Experience establishing and carrying out the design of experiments to solve problems and identify quick and cost-effective solutions.

1 Year - Working knowledge of IEC60601 

We will also accept Qualified individuals with a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar industry, medical device manufacturing or regulated environment. As part of the 3 (Master's) years of experience required, the individual must have:

1 Year - Knowledge of electro-magnetic field theory and experience with field solvers (HFSS, CST, etc.)

1 Year experience with lab tools such as network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, etc.

1 Year - Knowledge of systems engineering, concepts, and processes.

1 Year - Experience using simulation tools, such as SPICE or Matlab

1 Year - Experience establishing and carrying out the design of experiments to solve problems and identify quick and cost-effective solutions.

1 Year - Working knowledge of IEC60601
