City/StateNorfolk, VAWork ShiftFirst (Days)Overview:Sentara is hiring a Brand Engagement Advisor!This is a hybrid position.OverviewThe Brand Engagement Advisor is responsible for developing, implementing and managing brand engagement campaigns to build community and constituent support, and enhance Sentara's national, statewide, regional and local reputation. Develops and implements strategic internal communications and marketing plans, and provides communications support for system-wide initiatives, executives and service lines. This position also is responsible for developing proactive strategies and tactics for managing emerging issues that may impact Sentara and will support crisis and disaster communications. Understands the various audiences, must be able to quickly respond to customer and market changes and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and industry. The position is required to work closely with cross-functional teams and organizational and executive leaders across many disciplines, departments and regions, have the ability to multi-task and see projects through from conception to completion.
