They are to enforce all initiativesgiven, oversee their own production responsibilities, provide service toGuests and Team Members in a professional, efficient and courteousmanner while maintaining a clean attractive environment, in accordancewith all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Possess theability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment, including thoseinvolving a three-meal period and high volume production, and fry,griddle, sauté, carve and steam all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables andpoultry for Guest services according to Station Casinos standards andspecifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum one to two years' previous culinary experiencepreferred. Ability to cook multiple Asian cuisines including Chinese,Japanese, Thai & Vietnamese. Must be able to work Wok station.Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members andManagement. Must be able to obtain required work cards. Must possess anddemonstrate great attention to detail in order to maintain unit'sappearance and operating standards.
