Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Relationship Manager to build and nurture meaningful connections with Mid-Level donors who are aligned with the mission of this Christian organization.

This is a remote, full-time role (40 hours/week) focused on personalized outreach, donor care, and long-term relationship building. You will engage supporters through thoughtful conversations and tailored communication that highlights the spiritual and global impact of their generosity.

This is not a transactional fundraising role, but a relationship-driven position centered on trust, purpose, and shared faith.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct approximately 175–200 personalized donor outreach calls per week
· Build authentic, trust-based relationships with Mid-Level donors
· Share impactful stories that demonstrate the organization’s reach and influence
· Help donors understand how their support advances the Gospel and strengthens faith communities
· Identify donor interests and align them with ministry initiatives
· Accurately document interactions and insights in CRM systems
· Work independently with strong accountability and initiative
· Write thoughtful, personalized correspondence to supporters
· Analyze donor data to better understand engagement and giving patterns
· Handle sensitive donor information with the highest level of confidentiality

 

Qualifications

· Experience as a Mid-Level Donor Officer, Major Gift Officer, or Development Professional (required)
· Proven success cultivating and stewarding donor relationships within a nonprofit or ministry setting
· Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
· Experience with high-volume outreach or call-based engagement preferred
· Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends as needed)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
· Strong alignment with Christian values and commitment to faith-based stewardship
· Willing to pray from the heart with donors for encouragement, guidance, and strengthening spiritual growth

· Communicating effectively via phone, video, and written correspondence
· Using standard office technology including computers and communication tools
