An executive relocation bonus is a financial incentive offered by companies to help senior-level employees cover the costs associated with moving to a new location for a job. This bonus is designed to ease the transition by offsetting expenses such as moving household goods, temporary housing, travel, and other relocation-related costs. Executive relocation bonuses are often part of a broader relocation package and can vary significantly depending on the company's policies and the executive's role. These bonuses help attract and retain top talent by reducing the financial burden of relocating for work.

What is a typical relocation bonus?

A typical relocation bonus for an executive relocation role generally ranges from $5,000 to $25,000, depending on the company's policies, the level of the position, and the distance of the move. Some companies offer lump-sum payments or reimbursements for moving expenses, which may include housing, transportation, and temporary accommodations.

An executive relocation bonus is usually a one-time payment or a package designed to assist new executives with the costs associated with moving for their role. This bonus often covers expenses such as temporary housing, moving and shipping fees, travel costs for the employee and their family, and sometimes assistance with selling a current home or purchasing a new one. Companies may also include support for finding schools or spousal job search assistance. The structure and coverage can vary by organization, so it’s important to review the specific terms offered by your prospective employer.

What city will pay you $15000 to move and work there?

Some companies or organizations offer executive relocation bonuses of up to $15,000 to attract talent to specific cities. These bonuses are often part of relocation packages for executive or specialized roles and may require signing a contract or meeting certain conditions. The availability and amount vary depending on the employer and location.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Executive Relocation Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Executive Relocation Specialist, you need expertise in relocation policies, logistics coordination, and a strong understanding of HR and real estate processes, often supported by experience in corporate mobility or relocation services. Familiarity with relocation management systems, expense tracking software, and relevant certifications such as Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) is valuable. Job description

At Rocket Farm Restaurants, the core philosophy that defines our culture is, "We serve the person who is serving the guest." Our culture isn't something we act out only on the restaurant floor-it begins with how we treat one another in the kitchen, with dignity, respect, and care. We believe there should be no difference between how we serve our teammates and how we serve our guests. If that philosophy resonates with you, we'd love to meet you.
Little Rey, inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is Superica's younger sister, featuring wood-roasted chicken al carbon as its signature dish in a vibrant, ultra-casual setting.
Little Rey is seeking experienced Executive Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs to join our culinary teams in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, and Raleigh. Relocation is required for candidates who do not currently reside in one of these markets.
Whether you're an accomplished Executive Chef or an experienced Executive Sous Chef ready to take the next step, we're looking for passionate culinary leaders who thrive in fast-paced kitchens, develop exceptional teams, and are committed to operational excellence.
Our culinary leaders oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including production, prep, purchasing, receiving, catering and special events, scheduling, labor management, food quality, and recipe execution. They lead by example, coach and develop future culinary talent, maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency, and create an educational, collaborative kitchen culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences every day.
Qualifications:
  • Executive Chef: 10+ years of progressive culinary experience, including at least 5 years in senior culinary leadership preferred.
  • Executive Sous Chef: 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a Sous Chef leadership role preferred.

Competitive Compensation:
  • Executive Chef: $85,000-$120,000/year DOE + generous quarterly bonus program
  • Executive Sous Chef: $70,000-$85,000/year DOE + generous quarterly bonus program

Full Benefits Eligibility After 30 Days:
  • Major Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance

As a valued member of our team, you'll also enjoy:
  • A supportive culture and ethical work environment
  • Performance-based raises and promotions
  • Paid Time Off, Childbirth Recovery Leave, and Parental Leave
  • Significant long-term retention bonuses
  • Time off on most major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
  • 50% dining discount at all Rocket Farm Restaurants in Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston, Raleigh, and Winter Park
  • Rocket Farm University leadership development and career growth opportunities
  • Employee-led Mentorship Program, Advisory Council, and Safety Committee

If you're ready to lead a high-performing culinary team and grow your career with one of the country's most respected restaurant groups, apply today and become part of a dynamic, innovative, and hospitality-driven team dedicated to serving one another as passionately as we serve our guests.
