What You'll Do

Learn and apply knowledge of mortgage fundamentals and sales skills real time, with focus on the following areas:

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding qualified third-party originator and broker accounts. 
  • Participate in sales calls with prospective and current accounts to learn about assessing client needs and opportunities. 
  • Gain proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM, and innovative AI tools to maximize performance.
  • Support training efforts by providing accounts with information on systems, policies, procedures, and products. 
  • Respond to account inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members as needed. 
  • Serve as a liaison between accounts and the EPM operations teams, ensuring timely communication. 
  • Collaborate with Sr. Account Executives and Sales Management to maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Additional responsibilities related to business needs. 
Qualifications & Skills

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 
  • 1+ years of professional work experience preferred, ideally in sales, customer service, or financial services. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). 
  • Motivated and eager to learn with a proactive approach. 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to seek guidance when needed. 
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial or mortgage terminology a plus.
