The Executive Sous Chef for Sodexo's Good Eating Company (GEC) in Durham, NC supports a modern, chefdriven corporate dining program within a techcompany environment known for high expectations, innovation, and elevated hospitality. GEC emphasizes scratch cooking, seasonal ingredients, and a creative culinary culture that aligns well with the fastpaced, collaborative nature of tech clients.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Culinary Operations - Oversee daytoday kitchen production, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth service across all stations.

  • Develop Seasonal Menus - Support the Executive Chef in crafting scratchmade, seasonal, and locally inspired menus aligned with GEC standards.

  • Elevate TechCampus Dining - Deliver an elevated culinary experience tailored to a fastpaced, innovationdriven techcompany environment.

  • Support Catering & Events - Assist with planning and executing VIP functions, executive dining, and highend corporate events.

  • Train & Develop Staff - Mentor, coach, and elevate the culinary team to maintain excellence in technique, service, and presentation.
