- Build, manage, and expand relationships with Big 6 agency groups, direct advertisers, and executive-level stakeholders across social, video, mobile, and digital teams.
- Lead sophisticated, consultative sales conversations and proposals, leveraging market insights, data, and platform knowledge.
- Partner with Aleph's internal sales teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to long-term partner status.
- Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and case studies that drive excitement and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Manage a strong pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and actively report on performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute operational initiatives and strategic growth plans.

Skills and Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
- Strong existing relationships with decision-makers in the local market - especially within Big6 agencies and key advertisers.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, mobile advertising, and preferably, experience with self-serve, auction, and biddable ad buying platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling agency and direct advertiser investments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - with a talent for storytelling and public speaking.
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
- Energetic, creative, and goal-oriented mindset with a preference for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
