Job description

Join the Levata Canada team as an Account Executive. We are looking for the right individual that is strong in building relationships and provide solutions to our customers & become a trusted advisor & technology consultant, whether an organization needs a single tablet or an entire complex solution for their operation. 
This is an onsite role for our offices at: 1470 28 Street NE, Suite 2
Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T2A 7W6
    
What you’ll do:   
  • Build, grow and maintain positive relationships and communications with customers
  • Educate, strategize & successfully sell the industries top products from the most well-known brands.
  • Manage sales activity for Levata in a specifically defined account base by performing outgoing/incoming telephone and email communications with customers and prospective accounts to develop opportunities and close sales.
  • Within a revenue generating culture, meet or exceed performance objectives, including sales targets, responsiveness and time management.
  • Collaborate with peers and industry partners to bring the best technology products, services & solutions
  • Research current and potential customers in-order to understand their business to provide knowledge and educate them on the value of working with Levata
  • Manage and document sales activities and communicate progress to sales leadership
  • Continuously analyze market trends and sales data.
    
Relationships and Roles    
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all departments (Sales, Service, Admin & Support) and related offices
  • Play an integral role in customer satisfaction by dealing directly with customer to resolve complaints on products and services and escalate to Supervisor when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with OEM representatives, such as OEM Territory managers, to assist on the closing of deals and future business leads. Negotiate deals to ensure profitability through the use of OEM programs.
  • Maintain relationships with Sales Leadership on hardware and/or software service agreements. Be the lead communicator within the Levata customer account.
Required Characteristics    
  • Self- Motivated, ambitious, and interested in directly impacting the business landscape through technology solutions related to AIDC, Wireless… solutions
  • Experience with office machines, proficient in Microsoft Office platforms & professional use of Social Media Platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations with a natural curiosity & desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional telephone manner, must be fluent in English (written & oral)
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Education/Experience    
  • 0-1 years of sales experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • A valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
