Key Responsibilities:

Hunt for new business by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.

Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and connect with them to start meaningful conversations, driving new business opportunities.

Map out your approach and plan for how you'll tackle prospecting, including networking events and referrals.

Dive into client needs to understand what they're looking for and suggest solutions that fit their goals.

Put together engaging presentations and personalized proposals that stand out.

Own the entire sales journey - from the first conversation to sealing the deal - with a strong focus on winning larger opportunities.

Handle objections confidently, building trust and showing clients why we're the right fit.

Follow up consistently to keep deals moving forward and ensure potential clients don't fall through the cracks.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline progression, and client communications using CRM software.

Knowledge and Skill requirements:

Proven success in a senior sale, business development, or account executive role with 5+ years of experience.

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people easily.

A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling solutions or services in a B2B environment.
