Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, an excellent problem solver who excels at communication, organization, and planning, comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities, and has technical prowess.
This role is a good fit if you are the kind of person that enjoys being the person who holds everything together behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal meetings and agendas for executives
• Handle confidential records and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Assist in owner's personal assets i.e., insurance, deeds, legal documents
• Execute expense reports for executives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives when necessary
• Track key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups for leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and efficiency
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience
• Secondary education or equivalent experience
