Job Summary

The Ticket Sales & Service Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in the sports industry by supporting the Flyers Membership Sales & Service team across a variety of projects and events. This role provides exposure to both sales and service functions, including assisting Account Executives on game nights, executing Season Ticket Member events, and collaborating on day-to-day initiatives that drive fan engagement and revenue growth. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing the skills necessary for a career in sports sales and service.

Job Description

Qualifications: College Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students. Applicants can receive college credit, though it is not a requirement. Applicants must be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word computer program required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Experience or interest in sales is preferred.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute Season Ticket Member events by applying service strategies.
     
  • Support Account Executives at in-game Sales Tables by applying sales techniques.
     
  • Participate in weekly Membership Sales staff meetings.
     
  • Provide assistance to Sales Staff during Flyers home games.
     
  • Contribute to daily Sales Staff projects and administrative tasks.
     
  • Collaborate with fellow Coordinators on sales initiatives and client-facing events.
     
  • Conduct both private and public behind-the-scenes arena tours.
     
  • Develop and manage databases/lists for targeted lead groups.
     
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, varied schedules, and overtime as required.
     
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

16-40 hours per week, including specific Event Nights and Weekends based on availability and school requirements.

Salary:

Base Pay: $15.00
