The Senior Executive Partner, CCVP is a senior, executive level partner responsible for leading Siemens Healthineers' most complex, high visibility oncology Cancer Cre Value Programs. This role serves as the primary executive liaison for CCVP customers and is accountable for managing the entire partnership - from strategic benefit realization, governance, performance outcomes, to the overall health and longevity of the CCVP partnership.
Operating with a broad lens, the Senior Executive Partner brings elevated executive presence and accountability, translating customer strategy into sustained clinical, operational, and financial value across the full oncology ecosystem. The role aligns multi year transformation initiatives with partnership priorities to ensure measurable, enduring impact.
The Senior Executive Partner leads through discipline, influence, depth of expertise, and executive credibility, guiding and sustaining CCVP multi year engagements that deliver demonstrable outcomes and long-term value. This role is accountable for maintaining executive trust, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and ensuring the successful realization of strategic objectives on a scale.

Core Responsibilities

1. Executive Leadership

  • Serve as the primary executive partner to Csuite, VP, and senior clinical/operational leaders within the organizations.
  • Establish trustedadvisor relationships focused on longterm transformation.
  • Represent Siemens Healthineers with executive presence, credibility, and sound judgment in all customer interactions.
  • Navigate complex and sensitive customer dynamics, including escalations, competing priorities, and organizational change, while preserving trust and longstanding relationships.

2. Enterprise Strategy & Benefit Realization

  • Oversee the enterprise strategy into integrated, multiyear execution roadmaps spanning clinical, operational, digital, and performance domains.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to adjust and track KPIs, success scorecards, and valuebased outcomes.
  • Identify performance improvement and innovation opportunities aligned to customer maturity, strategy, and growth objectives.

3. Governance, Accountability & Oversight

  • Establish and facilitate executive joint governance structures (steering committees, escalation paths, executive reviews).
  • Drive clarity and discipline around scope, priorities, dependencies, and success metrics across multiple programs and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between contracted deliverables, customer expectations, and delivery execution.

4. CrossFunctional Orchestration

  • Lead and align diverse internal teams (Professional Services, Enterprise Services, Product, Analytics, Sales, Finance, Managed Services).
  • Function as the integrator across Siemens Healthineers portfolios, ensuring cohesive execution for CCVP customers.
  • Influence prioritization, sequencing, and resourcing decisions to protect customer outcomes and partnership health.
  • Serve as an escalation and decision authority for complex delivery, operational, or relationship challenges.

5. Strategic Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee execution of cancer care value programs with high complexity and visibility.
  • Ensure operational readiness, adoption, and sustainment beyond golive.
  • Drive change management, adoption planning, and transition to steady state operations.
  • Anticipate risks, identify mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues before they impact outcomes.

6. Financial & Business Acumen

  • Maintain strong fluency in healthcare finance, valuebased care models, and basic P&L concepts.
  • Partner with finance and commercial leaders to align strategy, delivery, and benefit realization.
  • Understand and communicate the financial implications of delivery decisions, prioritization tradeoffs, and operational performance.
  • Support executive discussions related to ROI, investment, and longterm value creation.

Leadership Expectations

  • Lead through influence, expertise, and executive credibility.
  • Model calm, decisive leadership in ambiguous, highpressure situations.
  • Communicate complex or difficult messages clearly, professionally, and with emotional intelligence.

  • Serve as a role model for PSEs and engagement leaders, raising the bar for executive partnership behaviors.
  • Report partnership management through regular performance updates

Qualifications for Success

  • Education: Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) required
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience (healthcare required), including programmatic responsibility across one or more of the following areas:
      • Enterprise oncology operations and/or healthcare administration
      • Executive client engagement and partnership leadership
      • Programmatic oversight of complex, multisite programs, or portfolios
    • Previous roles in an executive oncology operations position will be considered an asset and favored.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to perform complex analysis of data (financial, clinical, operational) and manage multi-year strategic contracts.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex program concepts for executive stakeholders. Experience operating at the executive level (VP, Csuite, senior clinical leaders).
  • Industry Mindset: Comfort operating in a matrixed, global environment, with the ability to think holistically across a broad portfolio of products, services, and initiatives within industry.
  • Change, Performance & Governance: Strong background in change management, performance improvement, and governance models, with the ability to lead transformation, drive adoption, and ensure disciplined realization across complex, multistakeholder programs.

Preferred Background

  • Oncology domain experience (Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Enterprise Oncology Services). (Customize this to the Project being hired for)
  • Certification or formal training in change management, Lean, Six Sigma, or performance improvement.
  • Prior experience in a structured management consulting environment (e.g., large global consulting firms), supporting complex, enterpriselevel engagements.
  • Experience with outcomesdriven clinical evidence generation, combining realworld data, ethically governed clinical studies, and regulatoryaligned evaluation to support sustainable, evidencebased oncology care transformation.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure benefit realization, including measuring outcomes, informing program strategy, and supporting continuous improvement across complex initiatives.
  • Considerable experience leading complex, multi-year enterprise programs, including use of structured program management frameworks and governance models
    Program or portfolio management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Travel

  • This role is designed to maintain a strong and visible leadership presence at the local site, recognizing that proximity is critical to driving organizational alignment, stakeholder engagement, and operational success. As such, candidates are expected to reside within the local market or be willing to relocate to ensure consistent on-site leadership and accessibility.
  • Ability to travel as required to support customer priorities (up to 75%).
  • Will consider Florida locations relative to the customer.

The base pay range for this position is:

$128,490 - $176,671

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
