We are seeking a hands-on, growth-oriented operator who will partner closely with the current President/founder to lead day-to-day operations, strengthen organizational performance, and drive the next phase of growth. This role is designed as a succession opportunity, with the expectation to transition into the President role over time.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

  • Work closely with other leadership partners to contribute to the development and execution of the overall business strategy.
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and initiatives.

Communication:

  • Foster effective communication channels across different departments and levels within the organization.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on operational performance and key metrics.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with other executives to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
  • Assess the feasibility of new projects and initiatives from an operational standpoint.

Qualifications

We are seeking a proven leader with:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
