Part-Time Administrative / Executive Assistant
State Farm Aaron Freitag State Farm is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Part-Time Administrative / Executive Assistant to help support a fast-paced, growth-minded insurance and financial services agency.
This role will assist with email management, scheduling, reports, billing, travel planning, office organization, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep the business running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining confidentiality and strong follow-through.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Email and calendar management

  • Bill pay and vendor coordination
  • Travel planning and scheduling
