LaSalle Network is hiring for a Executive Operations Specialist with a renewable energy-leading company known for growth and driving operational excellence in a collaborative environment.
Our client is looking for a highly organized operational partner who brings ownership, initiative, and strong business judgment while supporting executive leadership and overseeing office and business operations.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Support executive leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive support
  • Assist with onboarding, employee administration, and HR-related activities
  • Manage vendor relationships and office services
  • Support presentation development, reporting, and communications for leadership, board members, investors, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and special projects
  • Maintain and organize SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
  • Manage office communications and ensure employees remain informed about key initiatives and operational changes
  • Support contracts, documentation review, and administrative project work

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Chief of Staff support, or similar experience
  • Strong experience supporting executives and senior leadership
  • Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and business judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Ability to operate independently in a small, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience creating processes, standard operating procedures, and operational improvements
  • Comfortable learning and leveraging AI and emerging technologies
  • Notary certification (nice to have)
