Clear Lakes Dental is a growing dental franchise and is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our headquarters team in Little Canada, MN. This is a corporate headquarters position, not a dental clinic role, and will provide front desk and administrative support to our team across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in staying organized, and likes being the go-to person who helps support the entire office.


As our Office Receptionist you'll play an important role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring our workplace remains organized, professional, and welcoming.


Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting Amazon delivery dropoffs, candidates, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Setting up interview rooms and meeting spaces for scheduled interviews and events
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and conference rooms
  • Coordinating building maintenance and vendor services, including lawn care, snow removal, utilities, and other facility related needs
  • Restocking office snacks, beverages, and supplies
  • Creating and distributing employee badges
  • Assisting with general administrative and office support tasks for CEO and other key executives
  • Collaborating with various departments when asked to support business and office needs
  • Ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory levels
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and office operations
