Chief of Clinical Services

Location: Remote (One day per week in Spring Valley, NY)

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $180K-230K DOE

About the Role

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Chief of Clinical Services to provide executive leadership across its clinical operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will oversee clinical strategy, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and the overall performance of the organization's clinical services. The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with extensive OPWDD experience who has successfully led clinical teams, improved outcomes, and partnered with executive leadership to drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the organization's clinical services and clinical leadership team.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with OPWDD, Medicaid, and all applicable regulatory standards.
  • Oversee clinical quality, incident management, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth.
  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison with government agencies and external healthcare partners.
Qualifications
  • Active NYS clinical license required (RN, LCSW, LMHC, NP, Psychologist, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of senior clinical leadership experience.
  • Extensive OPWDD experience required.
  • Strong background in clinical operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
