Account Executive - Nursing Education

UWorld is seeking a relationship-driven Account Executive to join our growing Nursing Education sales team in our Dallas office. In this role, you will partner with nursing schools, universities, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to deliver industry-leading educational solutions that help future nurses succeed academically and professionally.

This is an opportunity to represent a highly respected brand in healthcare education while managing and growing an assigned territory through consultative sales, strategic relationship development, and business expansion. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue growth, and creating long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow an assigned territory through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and consultative sales efforts
  • Build partnerships with nursing schools, universities, hospitals, healthcare organizations, and professional associations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through presentation, negotiation, and close
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual presentations to faculty, administrators, and organizational leaders
  • Expand existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Represent UWorld at conferences, meetings, presentations, and industry events
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to identify market opportunities and support territory growth strategies
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, consultative sales, or related client-facing roles
  • Preferred experience in education technology, healthcare education, publishing, SaaS, or test preparation industries
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently
  • Experience delivering presentations, product demonstrations, or consultative pitches
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a growth-oriented mindset
