  • Oversee and bring in grants that support applied research opportunities for learners, while also supervising learner thesis topics.
  • Support learners directly when they face challenges, both in program content and throughout their learning journey.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Significant leadership experience in MBA or postgraduate education, program management, or executive development.
  • Strong understanding of executive and professional learner needs.
  • A track record of working across both academic and industry teams, with at least five years of professional experience, at least three of which were outside academia.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape curricula and drive program performance.
  • Advanced studies in Sustainability, Innovation and Leadership, with a PhD and a publication record in one of these or related areas.
  • Passion for, experience in, and expertise in online teaching.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results‑oriented, with strong organizational and data‑informed decision‑making abilities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and leading change in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Experience in a startup environment and in multi‑project management is desirable.
Mindset & Values
  • Learner‑centric and collaboration‑focused.
  • Autonomy‑driven and self‑reliant.
  • Entrepreneurial and opportunity‑driven.
  • Committed to inclusion, responsibility, and impact.
