Epiphany Dermatology is seeking high-performing, driven MBA graduates to join our Leadership Development Associate – MBA Program, an accelerated and intensive leadership development experience designed for future healthcare leaders.

This enhanced program builds on our established Leadership Development Program and is tailored for candidates with advanced business training, strong analytical skills, and the ambition to grow quickly into influential leadership roles. Participants gain hands-on exposure to the business of healthcare through high-impact projects, close partnership with senior leaders, and meaningful contributions across our growing, multi-site specialty practice.

This is a unique opportunity to fast-track your career in healthcare management while helping improve access to care and operational excellence in underserved markets across the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

  • Business & Operational Immersion: Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Project Management & Process Improvement: Lead and support healthcare-focused projects with increasing responsibility and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational performance.

  • Leadership Development: Participate in structured leadership training, workshops, and mentorship while building skills in communication, strategic thinking, and leading in healthcare settings.

  • Clinical Operations & Patient Care Exposure: Learn clinical workflows and patient care processes to better understand how operational decisions impact patient outcomes and care delivery.

  • Strategic & Enterprise Initiatives: Contribute to organization-wide initiatives focused on growth, integration, quality, patient safety, operational performance, and employee engagement by analyzing operational, clinical, and financial data to support data-driven decision-making and efficiency improvements.

  • Collaboration & Relationship Building: Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization to understand how different functions work together to deliver high-quality care.

Who We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking MBA graduates who are motivated to build long-term careers in healthcare leadership and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments. Ideal candidates will have:

  • An MBA from an accredited institution

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in long-term growth into senior healthcare leadership roles.

  • A passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Willingness to work in diverse healthcare environments and relocate as needed for rotations.

  • Prior healthcare experience preferred.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. We will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
