Job Description

·                     Oversee all maintenance operations for a 24/7, 4-shift non-union aluminum melting facility

·                     Lead and manage a team of 5 direct reports, including maintenance technicians on each shift and a Team Leader

·                     Ensure optimal reliability and uptime of critical equipment, including 2 rotary furnaces

·                     Support capital improvement projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

·                     Champion plant safety programs and foster a strong safety-first culture on the production floor

·                     Coordinate with outside contractors to manage building maintenance and repair projects

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or industrial leadership role

·                     BS Degree in Engineering is highly preferred but not required

·                     Background in melting operations, particularly with rotary furnaces, or experience in metal product manufacturing is strongly preferred
