Job description

Manufacturing Operations Manager
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager for a company based in Sulligent, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for executing company initiatives while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

Pay Rate 
$100,000 per year

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 7 30 am to 4 15 pm.

Manufacturing Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and develop Area Coaches and associates through coaching, performance management, and talent development
• Manage performance through metrics, resource planning, and production execution
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial and operational targets
• Partner with EH&S, Quality, Human Resources, and other functional teams to achieve operational objectives
• Utilize data, digital tools, and AI technologies to support decision-making, improve processes, and enhance operational performance

Manufacturing Operations Manager Qualifications and Requirements 
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Masters is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development and/or Business Management
• Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technology, with the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational performance.
