  • Familiarity with Vantage/wmA platforms and insurance policy administration systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance business processes, including policy administration, underwriting, billing, servicing, and compliance.
  • Experience performing requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion concepts, data mapping, and system integration requirements.
  • Experience creating functional requirements documents, business process flows, user stories, and use cases.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning, test case review, defect management, and business validation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Experience working on large-scale insurance transformation or core system modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with business process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Exposure to mainframe environments and legacy insurance systems is an advantage.
