About the role
The Customer Experience Center Concierge manages the day-to-day operations of the Leviton LIVE Experience Center and serves as the customer-facing ambassador for the facility. This role supports seamless meeting and event coordination, facility readiness, showroom engagement, and customer experiences that highlight Leviton products, solutions, capabilities, and the One Leviton value proposition. The Concierge partners with sales, customer and brand marketing, and business unit teams to support customer meetings, business development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Leviton LIVE Experience Center, including facility calendars, meeting and event requests, facility access and guest security procedures.
  • Coordinate and execute meetings, tours, customer events, and hospitality experiences, including logistics, catering, amenities, accommodations, transportation, off-site activities, and on-site event support.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming environment by refreshing and resetting the Experience Center reception area, common spaces, and meeting rooms.
  • Manage facility inventory and replenishment, expenses and event-related budgets, and annual physical inventory activities in support of Finance requirements.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Leviton products and integrated solutions through engaging tours, demonstrations, storytelling, and solution-based customer discussions.
  • Partner with sales, Experience Center hosts, customer and brand marketing, and business unit teams to support customer meetings, share insights, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collect, maintain, and organize customer and visitor data through Salesforce, Envoy, and related systems.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors and service providers, including catering, entertainment, and all internal and external maintenance providers.
  • Monitor facility conditions and ensure audiovisual, technology, maintenance, and operational needs are addressed proactively and remain customer-ready.
  • Provide backup support for other Leviton LIVE Experience Centers and maintain schedule flexibility to support meetings, events and operational needs.

Qualifications
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong business acumen and professional presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively across functions.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups, facilitating customer discussions, and interacting with customers, executives, employees, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Mechanically inclined and technologically savvy, with a willingness to learn new products, systems, and facility technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce, Envoy, or other CRM/visitor management systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual systems, facility technologies, lighting, controls, automation, networking, or related technologies preferred.

Education & Experience
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality management, event planning, customer experience, executive hospitality, or a related field.
  • Must have experience coordinating meetings, customer events, tours, presentations, public speaking, and/or executive hospitality programs.
  • Working knowledge of the construction, electrical, building technologies, technology, or manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Experience working with local business communities, hotels, vendors, service providers, or related hospitality partners preferred.

Travel
  • Up to 5%
  • Occasional travel may be required for Leviton product training, industry events, support of other Leviton LIVE Experience Center locations, and coverage for other Experience Center administrators as needed.
