Job description

Gothic Landscape is the largest family-owned and operated landscaping company, and a leading commercial landscape construction and maintenance company committed to creating inspiring commercial landscapes. We are known for our exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Account Executive to join our Phoenix construction branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape construction, exceptional communication skills, and customer service skills. As an Assistant Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Highlights of what our Assistant Account Executive will do:

  • Assist Account Executive with project demands by initiating bid and design process as well as supporting thereafter.
  • Review and prepare documents that assist in the sales process.
  • Deliver and provide samples or product data necessary to secure projects.
  • Attend client functions and meetings with or in lieu of Account Executive.
  • Assist Account Executives with calendar and task management.
  • Act as liaison between internal departments and Account Executive on miscellaneous tasks, initiates, and improvements.
  • Assist with evaluating sales trends and determining market strategies and goals for product and services offered.
  • Research clients, industry trends and process improvements as needed.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that an ideal Account Executive would possess are:

  • Minimum 1-year of relationship based sales/customer service experience (construction or related industries) is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-year of project management experience (construction or related industries) is preferred.
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills, creative problem-solving capability, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexible work hours with the ability to attend events beyond normal business hours.
