Lupe Martinez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
Our ideal candidate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our insurance agent in managing daily operations and enhancing productivity. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, and possess strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the insurance agent, including managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Perform personal assistant tasks and errands as needed to support the insurance agent and office team members in daily activities.
  • Prepare and organize documents for client meetings, presentations, and reports.
