Job description

As an Account Executive, you will manage the business relationships of accounts in the large/mid-market categoryย primarily covering hedge fund managers.ย The Account Executive role is a key ACA client-facing representative, with a sales-focused role responsible for both contract value retention as well as growth through contract expansion via the introduction of new products and services.ย A successful candidate will be skilled at building long-term relationships and selling all ACA services to existing clients. As Account Executive you will work with cross-functional teams of Businessย Unitย Sales Specialists, Client Success Managers, Sales Executives, and other internal Sales & Support roles.ย ย 

Whatย you'llย do:ย ย 

  • Be positioned as a business partner of the client's organization.ย ย 
  • Develop andย maintainย an understanding of the client's overall business,ย future, and potential needs.ย ย 
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding ofย the client'sย various engagements across ACA.ย ย 
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients to support high retention rates.ย ย 
  • Develop strategic accounts plans.ย 
  • Retainย the currentย customer base and expand revenue through cross/up-sell opportunities byย connecting the client's businessย objectivesย with business solutions.ย 
  • Grow existing client relationships and hit growth targets.ย 
  • Work with cross-functional teams of Businessย Unitย Sales Specialists, Client Success Managers, Sales Executives to refine sales strategies.ย 

To Qualify for theย role,ย you will have:ย ย 

  • Bachelor's Degreeย 
  • 4-6ย years of client-facing experience, including 3+ years of sales experience; in the Governance, Risk and Compliance spaceย or financial services industries targeting mid-sized and largeย investment management firms (e.g.ย  hedge fund and private equity managers, asset managers,ย wealth managers)ย preferred.ย
