Job description

As an Account Executive, you will manage the business relationships of accounts in the large/mid-market category primarily covering hedge fund managers. The Account Executive role is a key ACA client-facing representative, with a sales-focused role responsible for both contract value retention as well as growth through contract expansion via the introduction of new products and services. A successful candidate will be skilled at building long-term relationships and selling all ACA services to existing clients. As Account Executive you will work with cross-functional teams of Business Unit Sales Specialists, Client Success Managers, Sales Executives, and other internal Sales & Support roles.  

What you'll do:  

  • Be positioned as a business partner of the client's organization.  
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the client's overall business, future, and potential needs.  
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of the client's various engagements across ACA.  
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients to support high retention rates.  
  • Develop strategic accounts plans. 
  • Retain the current customer base and expand revenue through cross/up-sell opportunities by connecting the client's business objectives with business solutions. 
  • Grow existing client relationships and hit growth targets. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams of Business Unit Sales Specialists, Client Success Managers, Sales Executives to refine sales strategies. 

To Qualify for the role, you will have:  

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 4-6 years of client-facing experience, including 3+ years of sales experience; in the Governance, Risk and Compliance space or financial services industries targeting mid-sized and large investment management firms (e.g.  hedge fund and private equity managers, asset managers, wealth managers) preferred.
