Rogue Community Health (RCH) is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in beautiful Jackson County, Oregon, and is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner, enhancing the executive’s effectiveness by managing information, anticipating needs, coordinating key projects, and handling administrative duties. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic priorities, community impact, and day‑to‑day operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, organized, adaptable, tech-savvy and mission oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
  • Support board and committee activities, including board communications, meeting minutes and logistics
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Serve as a professional liaison between executives, staff, board members, community partners, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, note‑taking, and follow‑up on action items
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations (including HIPAA when applicable)
  • Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives that advance the mission and strategic goals
  • Support office operations and collaborate across departments to promote smooth workflows

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably in nonprofit healthcare organization. Experience supporting senior leadership and/or a Board of Directors. Experience with project coordination or management preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Notary Public designation or willing to obtain upon hire.
