Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part Time Remote Executive Assistant in Texas to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO while ensuring the smooth management of daily priorities, communications, and executive activities. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, this trusted partner will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, monitor executive communications, and help drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the CEO, Chairman, Board members, and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication at all times. This role is responsible for tracking action items, managing scheduling priorities, supporting executive events and engagements, and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional support while maintaining accurate records and assisting with financial administration and expense documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level support role
  • Must reside in the state of Texas
