About this opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Finance & Investment Analyst to support a senior executive in managing personal finances, investment activities, and strategic financial initiatives. This role combines accounting, financial analysis, investment tracking, and executive support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with confidential financial information, maintaining accurate records, analyzing investment performance, and preparing financial reports that support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and executive-level summaries to support strategic decision-making.

  • Monitor investment portfolios, track asset performance, and provide regular reporting on key financial metrics.

  • Conduct market research and evaluate investment opportunities through financial and industry analysis.

  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

  • Reconcile financial accounts and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.

  • Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, tax professionals, and other external stakeholders.

  • Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and other finance-related initiatives.

Working Conditions
  • This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, investment operations or a similar finance-related role.

  • Experience supporting senior executives and business leadership, with the ability to handle confidential financial information.

  • Strong understanding of investment portfolios, financial markets, and asset performance analysis, including portfolio monitoring, reporting, and financial data interpretation.

  • Proficiency in financial and accounting software as well as advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience with budgeting, cash flow analysis, financial forecasting, financial reporting, and coordination with external advisors and financial professionals.
