Business Development Executive – Behavioral Health & Toxicology

Location: Remote

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus + Sign On Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to help expand our presence within the behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) market.

This role is ideal for someone with established relationships throughout the behavioral health community who understands how treatment centers operate and enjoys building long-term partnerships that create value for both clients and patients.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and business developer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities throughout the behavioral health and SUD community.
  • Build relationships with treatment centers, recovery organizations, physicians, and healthcare providers.
  • Identify opportunities to increase toxicology testing volume through strategic partnerships.
  • Educate prospective clients on laboratory services and available testing solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with referral sources and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and community meetings.
  • Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare business development, laboratory sales, behavioral health, addiction treatment, or a related field.
