What you’ll do

  • Optimize executive calendars to support shifting priorities and maximize leaders’ time
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person divisional and VP-led meetings, ensuring materials, logistics and follow-up needs are well managed
  • Coordinate executive travel, events and related logistics with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support VP budget administration, and ensure complete, compliant and timely claims
  • Assist with the preparation of, proofing and formatting correspondence, presentations and executive-level documents to a high professional standard
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment, discretion and professionalism
  • Liaise with other Executive Assistants, divisions and business units to coordinate activities and keep work moving forward
  • Follow up on delegated requests, projects and commitments to help ensure deadlines are met

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A diploma in administrative studies or a related field
  • Minimum seven years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications for senior leaders and diverse audiences
  • Advanced proficiency with corporate standard software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, SharePoint and Teams
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, judgment and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
