Store Sales Associate in Saskatoon, SK

This position is for the day shift with typical store hours between:
Monday – Friday - 7 AM to 5 PM
Saturday - 8 AM to 1 PM
Sunday - Closed

Dulux Paints, a division of Canadian Industries Ltd., is hiring for the position of Full-Time Store Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the reason our customers come back! You will build important relationships with our contractors and customers every day. You will greet and assist our customers as they enter the retail store by listening and helping with their paint and supply needs.

Retail Store Sales Associate Main Responsibilities:

  • Advise and serve the needs of customers, including assessing needs, proposing solutions, and dyeing and matching paint products.
  • Suggest and recommend additional products, such as brushes and rollers.
  • Process sales transactions using POS systems; handle orders, forms, and requests accurately.
  • Receive, stock, and ship products; maintain organized inventory and a clean, safe work area.
  • Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and general store upkeep to support daily operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
  • Lift, move, and stock store products while following safety guidelines.

Retail Store Sales Associate Qualifications:

Ability to work flexible retail hours, including rotating weekends and overtime as needed.

Proficiency with computer and internet applications.

Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.

Willing to train and use a forklift as needed.
