We are currently looking for a newly created permanent full-time Executive Assistant to support our Chief Foundation & Brand Officer at our Saskatoon base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Office of the Chief Foundation & Brand Officer
  • Preparing Documents, Correspondence and Board Materials
  • Coordinating Meetings, Minutes and Governance Logistics
  • Planning Travel, Events and Donor Recognition
  • Supporting the Senior Foundation & Brand Leadership Team as well as the broader Administrative Team as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in a senior administrative role, supporting one or more executive leaders
  • Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a non-profit, fundraising or campaign environment
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of MS Office applications and virtual technology applications; familiarity with donor CRM systems, Concur, Docu-Sign and SharePoint an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills who maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrates independent judgment, discretion and diplomacy
  • Superior client and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, and to collaborate across multiple senior leaders simultaneously within a multi-disciplinary, campaign-driven environment
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic team player who is willing to pitch in at STARS wherever needed
