Job description

Account Executive — Specialty Infusion

Orange County, CA | Field-Based

$100,000–$150,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

About Us

Our client is a nationally recognized specialty infusion pharmacy with deep roots in the communities we serve. Locally owned and operated, we combine the reach and resources of a national brand with the personal touch, agility, and culture of a boutique provider. Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional infusion therapy to patients with chronic conditions — and make the experience as seamless as possible for the physicians who trust us with their patients.

They have a 97% patient satisfaction rating, an accredited clinical team, and a reputation for doing things the right way. If you're looking for a place where your work matters, your relationships are valued, and your earning potential is real — you've found it.

The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance role. This is a territory-building opportunity for a driven, clinical-minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, educating physicians, and making a genuine difference in patients' lives.

As an Account Executive covering Orange County — including Irvine, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, and surrounding areas — you will be the face of our pharmacy to the physician community. You'll grow a referral network across the specialties that depend on chronic IVIG and specialty infusion therapy, and you'll do it with the full support of an organization that actually invests in its people.

What You'll Do

Own and grow your Orange County territory through proactive physician outreach, relationship building, and education

Develop and deepen referral partnerships with neurologists, allergists/immunologists, and rheumatologists

Educate physicians and their clinical staff on IVIG and specialty infusion therapies, patient eligibility, and the referral process

Work cross-functionally with clinical, reimbursement, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding

Navigate prior authorization and specialty pharmacy workflows with confidence and efficiency

Bring a hunter mentality to every week — identify new targets, build a pipeline, and close referrals

Track activity and manage your territory using CRM tools — you own your data as much as your relationships

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

Current or recent Account Executive / Territory Manager experience at a specialty infusion or specialty pharmacy company

IVIG experience — you know the therapy, the patients, and the referral process inside and out

Proven focus on chronic conditions: Neurology, Rheumatology, Allergy/Immunology — NOT acute/antibiotic infusion

Existing physician relationships in Orange County and/or Southern California (neurologists, rheumatologists, and immunologists especially)

Field sales hunter mentality — you build territories, you don't just maintain them

Bonus Points If You Have:

President's Club wins or quota achievement recognition

RN or clinical background — gives you instant credibility in the room

Deep familiarity with prior authorization processes and specialty pharmacy workflows

Existing relationships with PIDD, CVID, CIDP, MG, NMOSD, Lupus, or inflammatory myopathy patients' physicians

Physician Specialties You'll Target

Primary (your bread and butter):

– Neurology — CIDP, Myasthenia Gravis, MS, NMOSD

– Allergy/Immunology — PIDD, CVID (lifetime IVIG patients)

– Rheumatology — Lupus, inflammatory myopathies

Secondary (nice-to-have bonus relationships):

Hematology/Oncology

– Dermatology

– Gastroenterology

Why This Role? Why Us?

Competitive compensation: $100K–$150K base + uncapped commission + car allowance

Real autonomy — own your territory and your schedule

A culture that respects and rewards your work, not a bureaucratic national chain

Clinical support and back-office resources that make you look great in front of physicians

A growing network with real upward mobility for top performers

The satisfaction of knowing your work directly improves patient lives every single day

Ready to Own Orange County?

If you're an experienced specialty infusion Account Executive with IVIG expertise and a network of OC physician relationships — we want to hear from you. Apply today and let's build something great together.

We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
