Job Title: Sales Executive (Healthcare)

CareFirst Solutions, LLC (CareFirst) is a healthcare services and solutions provider dedicated to delivering high-quality support across the industry. The company specializes in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), credentialing, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Healthcare staffing, Digital marketing, and IT infrastructure services for clients throughout Michigan and across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for medical billing, staffing, RPM, and CCM services, including lead generation, discovery, pipeline development, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Present healthcare solutions/services through in-person and virtual demonstrations, utilizing a consultative selling approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare sector to secure new business and ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
  • Drive new business development and account acquisition within the healthcare domain.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience selling healthcare services to individual physicians or group practices.
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads from initial contact through closing.
  • Strong presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
