We are seeking an accomplished Northeast Regional Operations Director to provide senior leadership and operational oversight for all technical service divisions across our Northeast region, including Engineering, Environmental, Planning, Architecture, BIM, GIS, and Land Surveying.

The Role

The Northeast Regional Operations Director aligns regional operations with strategic goals while ensuring technical excellence, financial performance, and a strong, values-driven culture. This role partners closely with executive leadership and technical division leaders to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and position the region for sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive oversight of all Northeast technical service divisions
  • Drive operational consistency, process improvement, and performance across disciplines
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional and technical leadership teams
  • Support growth initiatives, client relationships, and market expansion
  • Champion safety, quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and people-centered culture
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and succession development

What Were Looking For

  • Senior leadership experience in an engineering, architectural, environmental, or related professional services organization
  • Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
  • A leadership style grounded in collaboration, mentorship, and accountability
  • Ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • PE or equivalent professional licensure preferred
