Job description

Goldberg Segalla is a national civil litigation law firm that represents major national and regional companies and insurance carriers in all aspects of business counseling, risk assessment and dispute resolution including representation in various types of claims, controversies and litigation involving personal and other injuries, property damage, contract disputes and business torts. While our Am Law 200 and Chambers ranked firm employs more than 1,000 people, we operate as one tight-knit and highly collaborative team.
THE POSITION
Goldberg Segalla LLP has an immediate opportunity for an associate to join our Business and Commercial practice group in our New York City office.
We work hard to resolve disputes before they turn into lawsuits. For our clients, litigation can be costly and disruptive, so we focus on creative solutions and early negotiations to settle issues quickly.
If a lawsuit is necessary, our experienced commercial litigation team uses practical, business-focused strategies to achieve the best possible outcome efficiently. With decades of experience handling complex disputes for businesses, executives, investors, financial institutions, and nonprofits-often across multiple jurisdictions-we know how to navigate even the toughest cases.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will be admitted to practice in New York, have 3+ years of experience with contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, writes effectively and thinks strategically.
THE BENEFITS
The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
