POSITION: Sales & Operations Executive - Environmental Solutions

SUMMARY: The Senior ES Technical Solutions Executive serves as a technical expert and strategic partner to sales teams and customers, helping develop and sell complex environmental and waste solutions. This role collaborates with sales, engineering, operations, and program management teams to deliver customized solutions, support technical presentations and proposals, and drive revenue growth through technical expertise and customer engagement.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and consultative support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist the sales teams by developing tailored technical waste and environmental management solutions based on customer specifications and operational needs.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging to deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals to customers.
  • Assists in developing strategic recommendations by working with the sales team and business partners to analyze and understand all necessary data including sales data, market trends, competitive landscape and current pricing.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams including engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure cohesive solution delivery and customer satisfaction. Facilitate alignment on solution requirements, delivery timelines, and implementation feasibility.
  • Mentor sales staff on technical aspects of products and services to enhance overall team capability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with leadership directives and area priorities, ensuring cohesive execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 - 10 years of operations or technical sales of waste and environmental services industry experience, preferably chemical spill, emergency response, tank transfer, fire protection or rail car.
  • Expert Technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality, error free work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to translate and simplify complex environmental products and solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in working cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and sales teams
