A.R. Mazzotta is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to directly support the President of a fast-paced organization. This role is best suited for a polished EA who has supported senior leadership and understands the pace and priorities of construction, property development, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a complex, ever-changing executive calendar with shifting priorities
  • Serve as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, edit, and manage high-level correspondence and documents
  • Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and follow through on deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and occasional events
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and executive-level initiatives
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years supporting C-level executives (President, CEO, Owner, etc.)
  • Experience within construction, property development, engineering, or similar industry strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage executive schedules and competing priorities independently
  • Strong business writing skills and professional communication
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
