Wiedenbach Brown (WB), an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic National Account Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing new accounts for WB.
Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Pay: Competitive compensation/commission package. 100K+
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain new business
  • Develop, maintain, and recommend pricing strategies for Company products and services that will result in the greatest potential market share while optimizing gross profits for the company
  • Maintain awareness for and communicate all competitive trends, policies, new products, sales promotions, pricing, rebates, discounts, profit structures and "special deals" as appropriate
  • Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of four years lighting industry related sales experience. Proven ability to generate immediate sales via "portable" business a must
  • Knowledge of lighting, energy efficiency, photometrics, and pricing levels is required
  • Strong PC skills are required, including advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to identify and generate new base business exercising the philosophy and strategic direction of the company
  • Excellent knowledge of the sales, project management, and customer service process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence people and build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently
  • A client service orientation with a commitment to increasing customer value
  • Travel in the field will be required for developing, closing, and retaining major customers
