About this role:


The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and occupancy of the community to include financial management; business planning; development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of program services; management of staff; and delivery of high-quality services to Residents and their families. The Executive Director, in addition to being responsible for the operations and occupancy of the community, is required to proactively communicate with their direct supervisor any situation that might pose a threat to the community in any way.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • State required licensing.
  • Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
  • Experience working with seniors.
  • Experience in successfully operating and maintaining a customer-focused environment in a senior living facility.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Meets all current requirements of the State and Regulations for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities, and any amendment thereto, as required.
  • Must have demonstrated integrity, and leadership skills.
  • Possesses a sincere passion for working with our senior population.
  • Promotes the Community in a positive manner and effectively communicates the Community's values to Residents, families, visitors, and team members.
  • Physically able to bend and reach.
  • Physically able to push and pull and lift up to 40-50 pounds if necessary.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods of time.
