Executive Director

Location: Tucson AZ

Department: Operations

Reports to: VP of Operations

Total Care Connections, one of the fastest growing home care and home health organizations, is looking for a dynamic Executive Director to lead our Tucson operations into an exciting new chapter of growth.

What You Will Do

As the Executive Director, you will be the heartbeat of our Tucson branch:


Lead and Inspire

  • Coach and support a diverse team of clinical and administrative professionals, creating a positive and winning culture rooted in TCC's values.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings, set clear accountability, and build a high performing operation.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain the best talent to ensure exceptional care delivery.

Drive Operations and Growth

  • Oversee branch P&L performance, KPIs, and operational success.
  • Build strong referral and community relationships that fuel business growth.
  • Strategically guide new initiatives, including the Parent CNA program and expansion into skilled home health and private duty nursing.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate daily operations to ensure outstanding care and service.

Ensure Excellence and Compliance

  • Fulfill the Administrator role as required by state licensing, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.
  • Guarantee a Clinical Manager is available during all operating hours and that clients receive safe and high quality care.
  • Maintain accurate records, uphold policies, and ensure business practices meet or exceed legal and ethical standards.
  • Oversee infection control and quality management initiatives to protect clients, families, and staff.

Lead Strategically

  • Provide fiscal planning, budgeting, and operational leadership within established parameters.
  • Work with senior leadership to expand services under a Class A license and pursue accreditation.
  • Keep the governing body, staff, and community informed of key industry trends and organizational initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a visionary leader who is as comfortable managing numbers as they are inspiring people.

  • Licensed physician, registered nurse, or bachelor's degree (preferred: business administration or healthcare-related master's).
  • 3-5+ years of healthcare management experience, ideally in home care, home health, or healthcare operations.
  • Proven success in supervising and motivating professional and administrative teams.
  • Strong ability to market, network, and represent the organization with professionalism.
  • Solid understanding of corporate business management and healthcare compliance.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
