Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Accounts, the Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and acquiring new corporate accounts while expanding existing relationships. This role focuses on strategic prospecting, effective sales funnel management, and successful onboarding of national and regional corporate clients. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and revenue targets

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate strong business relationships with national and regional corporate accounts

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and close

  • Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions to generate new business opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Accounts team to drive successful implementation and onboarding of strategic locations

  • Conduct scheduled visits to client locations to maintain relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction

  • Attend customer trade shows, industry events, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen brand presence

  • Host and participate in corporate events to support client engagement and business development efforts

  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasting within CRM systems

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to support strategic sales initiatives
