Description:

Automotive Deal Processor

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Deal Processor for a high-volume, multi-franchise dealership. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Administration/Accounting environment.


What We’re Looking For

  • Prior automotive deal processing experience preferred
  • Experience working in a dealership accounting or administrative role
  • Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable handling confidential financial information


Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of automotive deal processing experience, along with prior dealership accounting or administrative experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process automotive deals accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Maintain complete and organized deal jackets
  • Enter, verify, and audit deal data in CDK
  • Work closely with Sales, Accounting, and Office Management teams
  • Manage a high volume of deals while meeting daily and monthly deadlines
  • Ability to successfully pass backgrounds and drug screening


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management System
  • Strong Excel skills, including data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
  • Accounting knowledge, including understanding of debits, credits, and dealership accounting workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment


Certifications / Licenses

  • Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management System
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
