We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Airports Strategy & Standards.  This role will own performance analytics across all Breeze Airports by monitoring station-level metrics, identifying performance gaps, and partnering with operational leaders to execute data-backed action plans. This role bridges strategy and execution-translating corporate objectives into practical, station-level operating rhythms while ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and a consistent guest experience.

Here's what you'll do
  • Own Business Plan (BP) performance by continuously monitoring station-level metrics, forecasting risk to target, and driving timely interventions to ensure year-round performance delivery.
  • Partner with Airports leadership and GM/AMs to identify performance gaps and implement data-backed action plans that improve operational execution.
  • Support station openings and re-openings by validating operational readiness across staffing, process, compliance, and guest experience standards.
  • Lead and coordinate Business Partner transitions by ensuring timely communication, clear documentation, proper implementation, and alignment across all impacted stations.
  • Ensure compliance with required documentation by tracking deadlines, auditing submissions, and enforcing accountability for on-time completion.
  • Conduct regular station visits and audits to validate operational consistency, adherence to standards, and accuracy of reported performance.
  • Identify risks and operational inconsistencies through audits and data analysis; proactively escalate issues, align stakeholders, and drive resolution.
  • Drive a consistent guest experience by defining, measuring, and reinforcing standard work and service expectations across all locations.
  • Serve as a bridge between strategy and execution by translating corporate objectives into practical, station-level actions and routines.

  • This role partners closely with Airport operations and may require regular on-site station visits to conduct audits, validate readiness, and support performance recoveries. Travel expectations and on-site requirements may vary by region and business needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays aligned to operational schedules.

Here's what you'll need to be successfulMinimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, operations performance, business planning, program management, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting Airline or Airport operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights, executive-ready recommendations, and actionable plans for frontline leaders.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and data visualization/reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Experience performing audits/assessments and driving corrective actions across multiple sites/locations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce concise, high-quality documentation and updates.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with station opening/re-opening playbooks, readiness gates, and compliance documentation.
  • Working knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma) and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and performance management routines for distributed operations.
