Job description

Confiz is seeking a Senior Account Executive โ€“ Customer Success to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in the Seattle, WA market. This role combines account expansion with delivery oversight and client success. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth, ensuring successful delivery of services, and maximizing long-term account value, acting as the single point of ownership across commercial and delivery outcomes.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of assigned accounts, with responsibility for both revenue growth and successful delivery outcomes. This individual effectively balances business development with execution oversight, proactively identifies expansion opportunities, and demonstrates strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex client environments.

Responsibilities Account Ownership & Revenue Growth
  • Own end-to-end account performance including revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Identify and close new opportunities across projects, retainers, and managed services.
  • Build and manage a pipeline within existing clients.
  • Lead SOW development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive renewals, extensions, and multi-year engagements while aligning deals to delivery capacity and margin expectations.
Customer Success & Delivery Outcomes
  • Ensure successful delivery of engagements aligned to agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Define and track business outcomes tied to work delivered.
  • Partner with delivery teams to maintain high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and client expectations while reinforcing long-term value.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary owner of the client relationship.
  • Build strong relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead executive reviews focused on outcomes, performance, and future opportunities.
  • Position the organization as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.
Delivery Alignment & Execution
  • Collaborate closely with delivery leadership to ensure proper staffing, utilization alignment, and high-quality execution.
  • Ensure strong transitions from sales to delivery and maintain ongoing alignment.
  • Resolve escalations and remove blockers to maintain client confidence.
Account Growth Through Insight
  • Analyze account performance to identify expansion opportunities and areas of under-penetration.
  • Translate delivery insights into new opportunities.
  • Build account plans aligned to client priorities and organizational capabilities.
Success Metrics
  • Revenue growth and quota attainment, account margin performance, renewal and expansion revenue, pipeline health and coverage, client satisfaction, and strength of executive relationships.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience managing enterprise clients, preferably in retail or consumer product goods.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery and commercial construct.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments.
