Job description

Rapidly growing, dynamic Greenwich firm is looking for a top-caliber Executive Assistant to support the COO. This is a challenging, fast-paced environment where everyone is collaborative, collegial, and positive. Your executive is a strong leader with an excellent reputation, appreciative and supportive of his staff. They’re looking for 15 years of experience supporting a C-level executive and prefer a degree. $150-170K base salary plus bonus and great benefits.

Own complex executive calendar, coordinate heavy domestic and international travel, prepare COO for internal and external meetings, draft and edit executive communications, process expenses and invoices, handle special projects coordinating across functions.  Advanced MS Office suite, impeccable attention to detail and follow-through. This position is in office, 5 days per week.  Interview and start ASAP!
