Job description

As an Amenity Services Program Manager in Amenity Services at JPMorgan Chase's global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue in New York City, you will play a pivotal role in an operational, world-class facility featuring iconic architecture and best-in-class client and amenity spaces. Amenity Services encompasses four core functions: Lobby Reception, Employee Dining, Conference Center, and Client Center. In this role, you will support business case development, capital projects, and data and analytics initiatives across all amenity functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a robust background in hospitality operations, vendor management, and data-driven performance reporting. You will be responsible for synthesizing operational data into actionable insights, driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting management with key business metrics to inform decision-making and operational improvements. This position reports directly to the Amenity Services General Manager and partners closely with Vendor Partners, Amenity Services Leaders, Technology, Global Real Estate, and other corporate stakeholders.

Join a dynamic team at the heart of JPMorgan Chase's flagship location, where innovation meets excellence in client and employee experience. As the Amenity Services Program Manager Vice President, you will be empowered to shape the future of hospitality operations in a premier environment, leveraging cutting-edge analytics and strategic partnerships to deliver world-class service. This is an opportunity to lead with impact-driving operational excellence, influencing capital projects, and collaborating with top-tier professionals across the organization. If you are passionate about elevating standards, optimizing performance, and creating memorable experiences, this role offers a platform to showcase your expertise and contribute to the continued success of a global leader in financial services.

Job responsibilities

  • Strategically lead the creation of data-driven business cases and executive presentations to inform major decisions and capital projects, synthesizing operational data and trends into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Consistently establish and maintain recurring reporting cadences and dashboards, ensuring timely visibility into key business metrics and delivering clear, executive-ready recommendations that support strategic and operational improvements.
  • Comprehensively own all data and reporting for 270 Park amenity functions, including room utilization, POS sales, lobby traffic, and vendor performance, translating operational data into clear narratives and presentations for senior forums.
  • Proactively identify risks and provide actionable options with financial impact assessments, structuring complex building-wide challenges such as space utilization and service model changes into clear recommendations and executable plans.
  • Diligently maintain accountability for all vendor deliverables, ensuring data accuracy, SLA adherence, and prompt resolution of operational gaps.
  • Promptly escalate issues with data-driven evidence and monitor performance to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Collaboratively serve as the primary liaison between vendor partners and internal customers, resolving issues and ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Effectively manage budgets within a complex financial structure while driving innovation in food, menu, and technology.
  • Regularly review and analyze operational data to flag bottlenecks and propose process improvements with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Accurately align expectations and close with clarity on total compensation philosophy when advising on offers and business cases.
  • Continuously partner with Amenity Services Leaders, Technology, Global Real Estate, and other corporate stakeholders to refine reporting, analytics, and operational strategies.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to write business cases and executive presentations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience managing vendor teams and multi-unit operations.
  • 7+ Years of combined experience in strategy, transformation, or business case development, with direct exposure to real estate, hospitality, or amenity operations at scale.
  • Experience developing long-term strategies, managing projects, and integrating technology such as digital tools, mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, and contactless payment systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and budgets.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, crisis management, and problem-solving skills.
